Our Commitment

At authenticwhtrueu, we take pride in the quality of our handmade papercraft cards. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return unused, undamaged cards within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Cards must be in their original condition, unused and unmarked
  • All original packaging and envelopes must be included
  • Gift sets must be complete with all cards and packaging intact
  • You must provide proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom designed cards created specifically for you
  • Cards that have been written in or used
  • Cards damaged due to mishandling after delivery
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

Damaged or Defective Items

If your handmade cards arrive damaged or with defects, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage to expedite the process.

Please note that slight variations in hand-drawn details and layering are characteristic of handmade items and are not considered defects.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Pack items securely in original packaging
  5. Ship to the address provided in your return authorization

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

For damaged or defective items, we will provide a prepaid return label.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for different designs or gift sets of equal or lesser value. If you'd like to exchange your purchase, follow the return process and indicate your exchange preference. We'll ship your exchange item once we receive your return.

For exchanges of higher value, you'll be charged the difference. For exchanges of lower value, we'll issue a refund for the difference.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend tracking your shipment and arranging for signature confirmation if you have concerns about package security.

If a package is lost in transit before delivery, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

International Orders

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International return policies will be established when we expand our shipping options.
