All products are crafted by hand, which means slight variations in color, layering, and hand-drawn details may occur. These variations are part of the artisanal nature of our products and are not considered defects.
Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment must be received before orders are processed and shipped. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Custom Orders
Custom card designs require approval of the design concept before production begins. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled. Custom work typically requires 2-3 weeks for completion.

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of authenticwhtrueu and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Authenticwhtrueu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
